Chaffinches enjoyed a fantastic day of sport and exercise at the English Institute of Sport. They had chance to practise their basketball skills and enjoyed a short game.
They then moved on to try some tough circuit training.
We then did some athletics training.
Finally we had a tour of the Institute of Sport and were very impressed by the boxing facilities. Next time, maybe we can try boxing.
