We have been talking about how special days repeat annually at the same time for everybody, such as Christmas in winter. We also talked about how some happen annually for ourselves, such as birthdays.
Today, we had a lovely visit from a lady called Tracey who brought some large puppets with her, so we could help her retell the Christmas story.
We had a great time, and as we are currently working on our Christmas Nativity, we were very familiar with this story, and could answer lots of questions about it.
We then decorated our class Christmas tree, whilst singing our song.

Can you spot our visitor on the top? He is our class Elf. We have named him Sparkle. He does like getting up to mischief though, as you can see at the minute!
