During this half term, Robins have been very busy learning about life on a farm. We have read several stories which are set on a farm and have used lots of drama and role play to help us with our writing. In our Science lessons, we have found out that we can eat different parts of a plant; roots, stalks and leaves and we have been very brave, trying lots of different vegetables. We spent a lovely afternoon outside of school, looking at the wildlife and plants that are growing in our local area. We have performed the story of ‘The Little Red Hen’ and we have acted out ‘Rosie’s Walk’ in the playground. Finally, in our P.E lessons, we have learnt how to play golf and have created our own crazy golf course.
