Is it too early for Christmas?

No I hear you say, it’s never too early for Christmas!

Well, in PE we based our learning around Christmas today.

We have been working with small PE apparatus/equipment.

This was a game to develop our throwing and catching skills. We had to go and collect the reindeer food (balls). Then give them to the person who had to throw. They then threw them to the catcher, which is the one holding the box. At the end we then used our counting skills to check who had got the most food. We swapped around, so everyone got a chance to work on developing their throwing and catching skills.

It was great fun!

Prior to this, we danced with Santa on ‘Just Dance’ to warm up. Then we travelled in different ways. One being like a bauble, which involved rolling around and many others. We were certainly warm by the time we had finished.
