The Golden Eagles and Snowy Owls would like to say a huge thank you to the friends and family members who supported the Year 5 and Year 6 Anston Greenlands’ Excellent Adventure evening. The adults in school were so proud of all of the children involved. They produced superb scripts which dealt with complex ideas, acted with confidence and sang and danced beautifully.
By the end of the evening, the children definitely achieved their aim of informing the school and local community about the seventeen Global Goals for Sustainable Development. Additionally they raised a total of £180, with £60 going to each of the following charities: War Child, Unicef and Water Aid.
