What an exciting afternoon we have had as a whole school! The children in Golden Eagles and Snowy Owls hosted a French Christmas Market providing all the children in school with the opportunity to use the french they have been learning this term in real situations. They offered “Play your cards right” where the children had to decide if the next number would be “plus grand” or “plus petit”, fruit salad where the children had to ask which fruit they wanted, un jeu de bingo where they had to match the colour and numbers, a lucky dip and lots of art and craft activities that had to be done in french! It was so exciting to hear the children speaking french so confidently from the children in Wrens to Snowy Owls. Merci beaucoup, tout le monde et Joyeux Noel!
