Snowy Owls – Week beginning 3rd June

Good Morning, Snowies!

I hope you are all keeping safe and well.

As you will know, some of the Y6 children returned to school on Monday; we’re all missing the rest of you!

We have started to talk about some ideas for putting a leavers’ assembly online. I really want you all to be involved – I’ll be in touch soon with some suggestions but if you have any ideas, please let me know.

You will all have seen the letter about using Oak Academy. I’m looking forward to seeing your writing. Some of the English lessons from previous weeks have been based around ‘Skellig’,  so you would be welcome to have a go at those if you would prefer. Also, there are lots of history lessons linked to World War I and World War II that you might find interesting.

There’s still plenty to do on Active Learn and Rising Stars if you would like some extra practice.

If you are feeling creative, there is a fantastic looking writing competition here:

For our designers, why not have a go at this:

I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Mrs Roberts
