We were incredibly proud of the Y5 and Y6 children for singing live on Radio Sheffield and being so eloquent and confident when interviewed. If you haven’t yet had a chance to listen, you can hear us on the BBC Sounds app or website. We were on at approximately 8:40 a.m. and 4:20 p.m.
Also, thank you so much to everyone who came to the launch of our song and music video; we hope you will agree that our comperes put together an excellent presentation, explaining the work of War Child very clearly. Our fantastic parents, grandparents, carers and friends are doing just as we asked. Amazingly, our video has already had more than 600 views!
