The children have shown lots of enthusiasm in our new topic ‘Ancient Greek Myths and Legends’. We began our topic by exploring the myth of Theseus and the Minotaur. We listened to an oral storytelling of the myth and the children became storytellers retelling parts of the story. During drama sessions the children created freeze frames, where the action of the play became frozen – as seen in the photographs below. Some of the scenes the children created were wonderful.
